How are you feeling?

When you're feeling anxious

Anxiety can make tomorrow feel bigger than today. Scripture reminds us that we can bring our worries to God—even when we don't have the answers yet.

Hope & Prayer

Philippians 4:6–7 · WEB

“In nothing be anxious, but in everything, by prayer and petition with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your thoughts in Christ Jesus.”

What this can mean for today

You can tell God exactly what's worrying you. Peace doesn't always mean answers right away—it can mean being held steady while you wait.
